Our Cucumber Mint Toner is a deep cleansing liquid that tones the skin, while removing dirt and makeup. The addition of Organic Cucumber, Kale Extract and Pea Protein imparts key nutrients that speed oxygen to the skin, without upsetting your skin's hydrolipic balance. MODE OF APPLICATION: Apply toner to a clean cotton pad. Gently rub wet cotton ball over face and neck in circular motion. Repeat process with fresh cotton ball, until no dirt or grime appears.
